William M. Kwasnik, Chief Executive Officer, Insurance Division President, is a member of the Board of Directors. He has held this position at Liberty State for over 5 years. Additionally, William has over 35 years of experience as a sales manager and vice president for large corporations. He has managed over 100 employees at several times during his career. He holds a Life and Health License and a Property and Casualty License in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is the principal license holder for Liberty State Insurance Services. He served as a Director of the Evesham Township Municipal Utilities Commission for 17 years. He earned degrees from Springfield Technical College and American International College.
Robert C. Hendricks, Chief Operating Officer, Credit Division President, is a member of the Board of Directors. Robert has served in this position for over 5 years. Robert has more than 37 years experience in the Commercial Credit Field. He has maintained and originated loans totaling over $200,000,000 during his career. He has serviced and managed a $60,000,000 loan portfolio, with a delinquency rate of under 3%. He has acted as a senior vice president for American Business Credit, the Money Store, and Security Pacific. Robert served honorably as a sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1961 to 1969 in Vietnam.

Michael A. Macaluso is the Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is a luxury home developer in the State of New Jersey, State of Delaware, State of South Carolina and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Michael has over 1,200 residential lots under development. Michael has managed and owned a manufacturing business for over 30 years. He employed over 200 people and managed sales in excess of eight million dollars per year.

Anthony R. Thompson is a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Thompson received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Liberal Arts and Mechanical Engineering, and earned a masters degree in Aeronautical systems from the University of West Florida. Mr. Thompson enjoyed a 20 year career in the U.S. Navy as an aviator, and also a career as a civilian airline pilot. Since retirement, Mr. Thompson has been an investor and small business owner. Mr. Thompson is also a professional maritime artist.

John L. Harris is a member of the Board of Directors, and Chairman of the Personnel/Compensation Committee. John currently operates his own educational consultancy firm and has over 45 years experience in the area of education. He has held various positions in the New Jersey Department of Education, and at Rowan University. John holds numerous accreditations and has received various awards. He is the past president of the New Jersey Council of Education and has advised, on numerous occasions, the New Jersey State Legislature and Governor on education legislation. John has authored several published books in current circulation. He is a graduate of Salem College, and holds a Masters degree from the University of Wyoming. He is an Organizer and Past Director of Liberty Bell Bank, a 120 million dollar bank with 3000 customers, and over 2,000 shareholders. Liberty Bell Bank is listed on NASDAQ.

Harry F. Bauer, Jr. is a member of the Board of Directors. He currently manages the Red Eagle Tavern, the oldest tavern in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. This family owned business has been a Cherry Hill institution for over 50 years. After his service in the U.S. Marine Corp, Harry began his 30-year career in the trucking and transportation service industry. After a decade in the industry, Harry owned his own transportation terminal and service center. He is a member of the American Legion and a service officer in the Veteran's of Foreign War. Harry is an Organizer of Liberty Bell Bank, a 120 million dollar bank with 3000 customers, and over 2,000 shareholders. Liberty Bell Bank is listed on NASDAQ.

Steven C. Kwasnik is a member of the Board of Directors. He is a fifteen-year veteran of the media and entertainment industry. He is a Producer and Director specializing in film, digital video, and interactive media for theatrical, broadcast and commercial use. He regularly works for ESPN, ESPN Regional, ABC and Fox Sports. He holds a B.A. in Communications from Rowan University. Steven is an owner and Vice-President of Constitution Title, Inc., a licensed N.J. title insurance company. Steven is an Organizer and Past Director of Liberty Bell Bank, a 120 million dollar bank with 3000 customers, and over 2,000 shareholders. Liberty Bell Bank is listed on NASDAQ.

Dennis C. Ferry is a member of the Board of Directors. He has been in the field of higher education for 30 years and is currently Director of Upward Bound Academy and Past Director of Admissions for Camden County College. Dennis has managed and developed various residential and commercial projects in Southern New Jersey and has contributed his time to many charitable organizations. He holds a Doctorate degree in education from Widener University.
James Maresca is a member of the Board of Directors. His is a merger and acquisition expert and local business owner. James has been in the mergers and acquisition field for over 15 years. He specializes in business succession planning, and has worked for large institutions such as Wachovia Financial, as well as local institutions such as Everingham and Kerr. He currently owns a premier fitness and health center, Medford Sports Club. He earned a B.S. at Pennsylvania State University. He holds numerous financial planning licenses and a Life and Health Insurance license.
Mark Berenato is a member of the Board of Directors. He is the President of Constitution Title. Mark was in the United States Air Force for 20 years as an Aircraft Load Master. He served as a Confidential Legislative Aide in New Jersey for 4 years and as a State of New Jersey Division of Motor Vehicles Agent for 8 years. He holds a Life/Health License and Title Insurance License with the State of New Jersey. He earned a B.S. from Rutgers University.
 
James Hanna is a member of the Board of Directors. He is a licensed guidance counselor at Cherokee High School located in Evesham, New Jersey. James has been in education for over 20 years and has held several positions within the Lenape Regional High School District. James is involved as a coach for several youth sports programs for the last two decades. He holds a B.S. from Trenton State College, and a Masters degree from Rowan University.
Francine C. Keller is a member of the Board of Directors. Francine is the President and primary shareholder of Making Waves, Inc. This business operates four retail outlets, owns millions of dollars in real estate, and operates a jewelry manufacturing facility in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Francine has operated this business for the last twenty years, and employs over 30 individuals. She provides jewelry throughout the Eastern United States and distributes products across the United States. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
