Liberty State Financial Holdings Company (LSFHC) was founded in 1999 in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Currently, the Company has four divisions providing a variety of financial products and services to meet the insurance and credit needs of individual consumers, small businesses, and professionals. As a locally owned and operated community business, we focus on service that is personalized, efficient, and responsive to our existing customer base of over two thousand customers.

Liberty State Insurance Services is a fully licensed insurance agency in New Jersey, since 2000, and Pennsylvania, since 2006.

Liberty State Credit is a broker of commercial loans. This division collects broker fees and is a table lender that assigns the loan immediately after the closing. It employs loan professionals and support personnel.

Liberty State Wealth Management has been successfully registered as a Registered Investment Advisory firm with the New Jersey Bureau of Securities as of May 2005. This division currently consists of registered investment advisors and support personnel.

Liberty State Benefits provides a wide range of group health, life, long term care and disability benefits to the local small business owner. Liberty State Benefits provides its products under its insurance agency license through the State of New Jersey, acquired in October 2006.
